ASISC Athletic Meet

Description:
On 16th April 2019 the ISC/ICSE Inter School Athletic meet (trial),2019 came to successful end. On the 2nd day of the meet hosted by St. Mary’s Convent High School, Mahi Chaturvedi of SMC secured the first position in the Under -14 group 100 meter Hurdle race. Ananya Singh of Jaipuria School came first in the 400 m race of the Under -14 group. Sneha Chaurasia of Sheiling House School stood first position in the Under - 19 group High Jump event, while SMC student Ojaswini Singh won the 1st position in both 100 m and 400 m races in Under 17 group. In the Under -19 group, SMC student Manasvi Malik and Vrinda Khandelwal secured first position respectively. A total of 27 schools participated from the Kanpur zone. The principal of ST. Mary’s Sister Divya and the Principal of St. Aloysius Father Thomas Kumar were present on the occasion and boosted the morale of the participants.
