- The online application is for admission to programmes offered in St. Mary’s Convent High School.
- Application Form Fee & Admission Fee are Non-Refundable.
- Application forms are to be filled in and submitted online. Admission Dates for observation/interaction
will be intimated in advance. There will be a written evaluation for the students seeking admission
to Class LKG till Class XI. Only those candidates, who clear, will be called for interaction/interview.
During interaction/interview, only the child presence is required.

ADMISSION:
1. A student joining the school for the first time must produce a satisfactory evidence of the date
of birth such as an extract from the Municipality (Nagarpalika or Nagar Nigam) or a Baptismal
certificate in the case of Christians. Aadhar Card of the child and PAN card of the Parent. Date
of Birth once recorded will not be changed.
2. Generally, there is No admission to other classes. However depending on the vacancies that may
arise. Opportunity may be provided to eligible candidates.
3. Class XI: Admission to Class XI is not automatic for the students of class X of this school.
It will depend on the marks obtained in half yearly, assessments and preliminary examination of
Class X as well as the conduct and attendance record of the student during the years in the
school.
4. Generally no admissions are made to class X & XII.
5. In case of re-admission after withdrawal, admission fee will be levied again.
WITHDRAWAL:
1. Every application for a school leaving certificate shall be made in writing by the parents/guardians
as the format given in the Diary.
2. The school leaving certificate will not be issued until all the dues are paid. Those who leave in
April will have to pay the first Quarter fees.
3. The issue of T.C. implies that all dues to and from the school are completely cleared.
4. One clear calendar month's notice in writing or a month's fees in lieu of such notice must be
given before a student can be withdrawn.
5. Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds.
a) Disciplinary
b) Unsatisfactory progress in academics.
6. A child, who fails twice in the same class, will not be permitted to continue her studies in the
school. Hence needs to be withdrawn immediately.
