SYSTEM OF CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT

EXAMINATION
  1. The whole academic session will be divided into two terms:- April-September and October-March.
  2. A student's total performance during the entire session is important.
  3. Promotion to the next class will be granted on the basis of the year's work.
  4. A student absent in any assessment or examination for any reason will not be re-examined.
  5. Children who are sick should not be brought to the school only for the test/examination.
  6. The maximum mark allotted to each subject in the two terminal examinations are 100. The minimum pass mark is 40%.
  7. A pass in the final aggregate in English and five other subjects in class 9 and four other subjects in class 11 is required for promotion.
  8. Report card will not be given if fees are in arrears.
  9. If the report card is lost, a duplicate report card will be issued on payment of Rs. 200/-
  10. 85% of attendance is essential for appearing in the final exam.
  11. The Principal's decision with regard to promotion is final.
  12. A student who fails twice in the same class will have to be withdrawn from school.
