Enthusiasm and zeal marked the matches on the 2nd day of Interschool Girls’ Basketball Tournament 2018. A total of 9 matches were played. In the senior category the first match was between St. Mary’s Convent High School and St. Judes’s Unnao in which the former won by 30-06. Jaipuria school defeated Huddard High School by 28-04. St.Judes’s was defeated by Wendy School 3-7. In the Junior category, the Ist match was between Huddard High School and Maharana Pratap in which Huddard won by 23-8. Dr. Virendra Swaroop Memorial Public school was defeated by VSPS Cantt by 0-25. Sheiling House won against Jaipuria by 15-0. SMC defeated VSEC Avadhpuri by 16-6. Sir Syed won the match against VSMPS by 22-4.The winning teams will now move onto the semifinals, which will be played tomorrow, i.e, 31.08.’18.
