Christmas is a festival of delight, clemency and serenity. This year, in SMC Kanpur, for the staff members ,a prayer service was held in the school chapel on 21st December in the evening. This was followed by a Christmas party organized by the Cultural Committee of the school. In the chapel, the Nativity Play was enacted highlighting the journey of Mother Mary and Joseph to the town of Bethlehem and also the very sacred occasion of the birth of baby Jesus, which brought joy and peace to the world. Our Manager, Respected Sister Roshni delivered the Christmas message to the staff members. At the venue of the party -the Fiesta Point, everyone enjoyed the arrival of Santa Claus, fun-filled games and a delicious dinner. Our Principal, Respected Sister Prabha heartily wished everyone Merry Christmas and encouraged us to have a great time. Lovely gifts were given to the staff members by the School Management. It was a memorable evening fondly cherished by everyone.
