On 14th March, the students of class 10th went on an educational trip to the National Sugar Institute along with their teachers Mrs. K. Agarwal , Mrs. D. Gurney , Mrs. Z. Zaman, Ms. R. Agarwal and head mistress Sr. Roselette.
It was an enriching experience for the students as they gained the information about the history of NSI, different types of sugar, the by-products of sugar cane juice and their benefits. They were taken to the various laboratories and were shown the different processes.
Overall, this excursion was very informative as it helped our students to realize the importance of practical knowledge along with theoretical concepts.
