Children’s Day Celebration in senior school
The senior students of SMC Kanpur celebrated Children ‘s Day with gaiety and fervour.A special assembly was conducted by the teachers.The programme commenced with a prayer service followed by entertaining skits, dance and games.It concluded with a wishing song sung by the teachers.
An award ceremony of the SMC Fiesta took place in which the winners of the various competitions conducted on 2 nd, 3 rd and 4 th November in the school were given medals and prizes by the Principal, Respected Sister Prabha, the Head Mistress, Respected Sister Renu and a few teachers.
At the end, children were given chocolates and they enjoyed a campus picnic followed by a dance in the basketball court.
