INDEPENDENCE DAY
A spirit of patriotism filled the air as our school celebrated the Independence Day with fervour and enthusiasm on 15th August,2023. We had in our midst Hon. Major Bhawana Lohani, Administrative Officer,17 UP Girls Battalion NCC, as our Chief Guest for the day. The event commenced with a prayer assembly by 7C invoking divine blessings on our nation. The stage was then set for a dance drama competition by the four houses that shed light on critical social issues.
Hon. Major Bhawana Lohani, our Chief Guest’s words inspired everyone present. The day’s culmination was a collective gathering in the basketball court for the flag hoisting ceremony. With hearts swelling with pride, we raised the national flag high and chanted “Bharat Mata ki Jai” in unison.
Independence Day at our school was not only a celebration but also a reminder of our responsibility to safeguard and nurture our nation’s future.
