Farewell is a bittersweet and memorable occasion filled with emotions, nostalgia and celebration.
On 31st January,the students of Class XI bid a fond farewell to their Seniors. The ceremony began with an assembly which included an enactment which portrayed the journey of a student from Class 1 to a young adult of Class XII ready to soar into the world with countless memories of a place called St. Mary’s Convent High School. In addition to this, we had vibrant dances which excited the crowd.The soulful medley of songs filled the eyes of Class XII students with tears. The outgoing batch was presented with mementos as a token of love and blessings from the school.
The venue was beautifully decorated to create an elegant ambience. At the entrance, tiaras were given to all the Seniors and teachers. The stage backdrop had the caption 'Champions of Change' showcasing that in future all children will help to bring about a change in this world for the better. The photo booth presenting the epilogue of the blue book with our school gate symbolising that the journey of the blue book now comes to end. The whole show ended with everyone enjoying their refreshments and all the children dancing to the beats.
The journey of our quasquicentinnal batch ends here and we wish them the best for their future.
